Kaj is an associate at STBY since a while and has been a core member of our research team on some exciting projects.
Kaj believes design can be more than a visually attractive image and is currently working on his part-time Masters‘ thesis in Design Management. He is interested in the combination of (design-) management, strategy and design in a co-creative environment.
Kaj has a wide experience in design, off- and online. He fits easily and flexible in client teams or agencies. He is especially interested in design projects on a strategic/conceptual level, defining the outlines for development of the project in relation to the business, the users, the people and technology.
